Employee Opinion Surveys

It’s critical to understand how your employees feel about your business, your leaders, and each other.  Whether you run an annual or bi-annual employee opinion survey or are looking to add more frequent pulse surveys to the mix, I can help you assess your current questions or craft new questions that get to the heart of what your leaders need to know about employee sentiment.


I will also help you put those results in context by reviewing, comparing, and communicating your survey results to your executive leadership teams, department managers, and individual team leaders.  From there, we can work together to craft a plan to host additional listening sessions and focus groups with specific teams or leaders to gain a deeper understanding around specific topics.

I developed and led the implementation of a multi-channel comms campaign for a client’s benefits annual open enrollment that resulted in 99% employee activation, and was recognized with a 2020 IABC Gold Quill Award.


I designed and delivered a new person-to-person recognition approach that resulted in a 140% increase in participation within the first two weeks over the company’s previous person-to-person recognition program, and received a 2020 IABC Gold Quill Award.


I rebuilt the Internal Communications function for a  mid-size financial services organization, which received a 2022 Forbes America's Best Midsize Employers award.
